💬 How is the usage fee calculated?
✔ It is calculated by multiplying the number of users in the month and daily usage amount. Those who have used for the entire month will be billed for one month’s portion. When a person joins or leaves the company, it is calculated on a pro-rata basis and automatically deducted.
💬 How are the payments made?
✔ At the beginning of each month, an invoice will be issued for the amount used in the previous month. Credit card payment and automatic transfer, etc., will also be supported within this year.
💬 Can I change the price plan while using it?
✔ Yes, but you can only change the plan once a month.
💬 What kinds of price plans are there?
✔ Price plans are divided into three main categories: Core, Pro, and Enterprise. Core for attendance and scheduling and Pro that supports various communication features on top of Core’s. After choosing the basic plan, you can also add freely of the features that you wish to use, like choosing toppings. If there are more than 500 members, we also recommend Enterprise product tailored to the needs of the company.

✔ Shopl’s data is safely stored and operated on Amazon Cloud Server (AWS).
💬 If unsubscribe, what happens to the stored data?
✔ Your data will be completely deleted when you unsubscribe. If needed, you can download the existing data before you unsubscribe.
