Reinforcing communication by applying chat feature via Shopl — a professional collaboration tool for frontline teams

Jun Lee, the founder of Shopl & Company, said, “Getting office work done through KakaoTalk has been disappearing with the appearance of various collaboration tools in recent years. However, frontline workers often had no choice but to stay with the pervious methods — work through KakaoTalk or verbal instructions. With the chat feature, we expect Shopl to increase work efficiency as on-site messenger.
“Based on our experience in improving the field work of large and global companies, we will expend Shopl to provide Services for SMEs and small business owners,” he continued.
